2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Platform

• Transcribe, score, and analyze call recordings as part of the service
• Send account-related communications including receipts, updates, and support responses

3. Call Recording Data

Call recordings and transcripts processed through the Platform are your data. We store this data securely and use it solely to provide the scoring, flagging, and coaching features of the Platform. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from callers prior to recording. Inseyeghts is not responsible for your compliance with applicable call recording laws.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. Call recording and transcript history is retained according to your plan — 30 days for Starter and Pay as you go, 1 year for Growth, and 5 years for Enterprise. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days after your final billing date and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Access Controls

Access to data within the Platform is role-based. Managers have access to all calls, scores, and agent data. Agents only have access to their own calls and scores. You are responsible for managing user roles and permissions within your account.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and communication tools. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

8. Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inseyeghts, our users, or the public.
