General
Inseyeghts currently integrates with RingCentral. Custom integrations with other phone systems are available upon request. Contact us to discuss your specific setup.
About 15 minutes. Setup requires a single connection to your phone system, no IT team or hardware installation needed.
Within 60 seconds. The moment a call ends the recording is automatically processed, transcribed, and fully scored. No action needed from your team.
Yes. You can add custom QA rules, adjust what triggers a violation flag, and tailor the scoring criteria to match your firm's specific intake standards and practice areas.
A violation is a hard flag, something that broke a firm rule, such as promising the wrong practice area, quoting unauthorized fees, or using unprofessional language. A low score means the call had no hard violations but the agent underperformed in one or more categories, such as a weak closing or incomplete intake questions.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely in the cloud and are only accessible to authorized users at your firm. Inseyeghts does not share or sell your data to any third party.
Access is role-based. Managers see all calls, scores, flags, and agent data. Agents only see their own calls and scores in their private portal. You control who has what level of access.
Yes. Every agent has a private portal where they can review their own call scores, AI findings, and any coaching notes left by their manager. They cannot see other agents' data.
Yes. Inseyeghts uses role-based access. You decide who is a manager, who is an agent, and what each role can view.
From any flagged or reviewed call in the dashboard, managers can leave a coaching note tied directly to the call. The note appears instantly in the agent's private portal.
Any usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at $1.00 per minute for AI call evaluations and $0.80 per minute for training calls. There are no surprise charges — you can monitor your usage in real time from the dashboard.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We offer a Pay as you go option with no monthly fee so you can test the platform before committing to a plan. You only pay for the minutes you use.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Critical violations such as a legal guarantee made to a caller, unauthorized fee discussion, or wrong practice area promised are immediately flagged in the dashboard with a high priority alert. Managers are notified and the call is flagged for immediate review in the audit trail.
Intake training
The intake training roleplay feature allows agents to practice their intake skills directly inside the platform. Agents select a practice area and call difficulty level, then conduct a simulated intake call with an AI playing the role of a potential client. At the end of the session the AI grades their performance across the same 7 categories used for real calls.
Any team member with access to the platform can use the training roleplay feature. Managers can also assign specific practice scenarios to agents who need improvement in a particular area.
From your dashboard, navigate to the Training section, select your practice area, such as personal injury, immigration, or criminal defense, choose a difficulty level, and start the session. The AI will play the role of a potential client and respond naturally based on the scenario.
Sessions range from straightforward calls with cooperative callers to complex scenarios involving difficult callers, edge cases, missing information, or potential red flags that need to be spotted. Difficulty levels are designed to match real situations agents encounter on the job.
The same scoring system used for live calls is applied to every training session. Your performance is graded across all 7 categories - empathy, professionalism, call control, intake questions, issue spotting, trust and retention, and closing, with specific feedback on what you did well and what to improve.
Yes. Managers can view all training session scores and performance history for their team, making it easy to track improvement over time and identify which agents need additional practice in specific areas.
Training call minutes are tracked separately from AI evaluation minutes. Each plan includes a set number of training minutes per month. Additional training usage is billed at $0.80 per minute.
Training roleplay is a safe environment to practice and make mistakes without any impact on real clients or firm performance metrics. It is designed to build skills before they are tested on live calls, not to evaluate past performance.
Yes. You can run the same scenario as many times as you want. Each session is graded independently so you can track your improvement across attempts.
